Taste By Tiny’s began the way most good food does — in a home kitchen, cooking for the people she loves. Latonya “Tiny” DeBarry started out feeding family and friends, and kept being asked the same question afterward: who catered this?
That question turned into a business. Today Taste By Tiny’s caters weddings, birthday parties and private dining experiences across Central Jersey, but the approach has never changed: one person plans your menu, shops for it, seasons it, and plates it. Nothing comes out of a freezer and nothing is decided by committee.
Her style is generous and seasonal — comfort food with real technique behind it. A party feels like a party. A wedding dinner feels considered. And guests leave talking about the food, which is exactly the point.
